George Thorpe
George Thorpe has evolved in the field of the Aircraft Design of structures and mechanical systems (more than 25 years of experiment in the field of industrial and aeronautical engineering). He has occupied leadership positions in management at Bombardier Aerospace and L-3 MAS Canada. He has taken part in the design and production of the Canadarm 2 used on the International Space Station. His professional experience includes project management, management of engineering resources, Configuration Management, R&D, Engineering Process Development, Liaison Engineering, structural testing, machining and assemblies. During his career, George Thorpe worked on several aerial platforms, such as: the EH-101 Helicopter (Uility Version), the Sikorsky H-92, the Challenger 604, the CF-18 of the Canadian Armed Forces, drones developed by Canadair and on the Global Express XRS Executive Jets Interior Completion.
