Having written poetry throughout his childhood, Halvard Green first saw recognition as a young boy when a number of his poems and short stories were chosen for publication in a number of children's books. With age the talented author drew on his many experiences from travelling and personal tribulations to focus on producing poetry that touched on the darker side of life. This along with more general musings, he released onto a successful blog for some years before turning his attention to publishing his first own anthology; "The Downfall of Hope". He now spends most his time dedicated to finishing his first novel "Defiance" - which is a fantasy tale of epic proportions centred around the fictional world of Aegor. The first instalment will focus primarily on the adventures of Wolfknight Alavart and his pursuit of an enemy that wishes to destroy the very world he loves. "Defiance" is due to be published for December 2016.
