Born and raised in Louisiana, Fla' She has always expressed herself creatively through some form of art or another. She always dreamt of becoming a teacher, but after graduating from Southern University A&M College in Family and Consumer Science, she realized she needed something more. Three years of searching from within, her ballpoint pen and blank sheet of paper became acquaintances and her creative interpretations ran wild. "Two Shades of Color," is her first fiction novel that will portray characteristics of her own life as well as those close to her.
