Deeply moved by the huge leadership deficit across the African continent, he pioneered the budding Christian Aligba Leadership Foundation for Africa (aka CALF Africa) in 2015, and later authored the book, "Future Now: The Afrocentric Leadership Revolution" in 2016. Working in collaboration with the Peace Corps, Christian serves as a MicroMentor where he provides advisory, coaching and mentoring programs to 18+ young entrepreneurs across Africa and Asia.
