Sloan Kyler is a first time author but long time poet currently living in Ohio. Following a string of hospitalizations due to mental illness struggles, she discovered the only way to alleviate her grief was to write about it. Then she found out the only way to move on was to share it. In her free time (which is all of it) she enjoys reading autobiographies, binge-watching crime podcasts, and training her obnoxiously cute dog, Olive. She is currently working towards a goal of reenrolling for her final semester of college for her BA in Theatre.
