Hey, I’m Jai Nyx! I write poetry because sometimes thoughts just won’t let me sleep... like in Thoughts I Had at 2am Instead of Sleeping. I’m all about the quiet, messy feelings and those little moments that sneak up on you. Field Guide for the Soft-Hearted is kind of my love letter to anyone who’s ever felt a little too much or found beauty in the soft spots of life.
