Ash Pure has honed his visual storytelling skills since 1999, working as a freelance artist for print, web and video production companies. His love of large format U.K. Comics (The Eagle, 2000AD and Deadline), science fiction cinema (Forbidden Planet, Star Wars, Blade Runner), 60s adventure shows (The Avengers, The Prisoner and The Persuaders) all influenced the creation of The Lion and The Unicorn an epic urban saga over 15 years in the making.
