Jan Dael (1957) was born in Venlo and after 40 years of wandering and a turbulent life in wich he made a few wrong choices he returns to his hometown. Working in addiction treatment not only offered hem the opportunity to discover himself but also taught him to look at his father differently. The lack of recognition love and attention haunted him al those troubled years. Men's aid offered a solution. It taught him to love himself and make his own choices. This resulted in a relationship with Sandra who not only speaks the same language but also has become his soulmate.
