Brad and Jennifer have been married for almost twenty years and have two sons, Cameron & Coby, both of whom are on the Autism Spectrum. Their passion is to provide support for families living with autism to live a full, inclusive life. Their focus is on value & respect for people on the spectrum and their families.. Jennifer is a primary school teacher, businesswoman and author. She is a qualified Creatrix® Facilitator helping women through her Emotional Wellness with Jennifer Ratcliffe. ​She is also the President of Care & Share for Autism, an organization that is designed to support and encourage families living with autism in the Illawarra region. Brad has developed a visual support app called 'First and Then' to support communication for people with autism and reduce anxiety. He also works as a Learning Support Officer in a Support Class for the Department of Education NSW. During that time, he has helped implement the use of technology in the classroom and schools in the region.
