I maintain a passion for architectural art in all forms, and helping others learn to visually communicate design is another passion. Retired from architectural practice, I am a tenured Professor of Design in the Interior Architecture Program with Sacramento State University. I maintain an active Architectural Illustration practice and have 25+ years of studio experience. I still love “traditional” drawing and rendering using watercolor, pencil, ink, markers and color pencils. I even mastered the art of airbrush way back when it was a “new technology”. I am self-taught when it comes to everything digital and perhaps that is why I write Tutorials for others, wishing I had this material for myself when I was in the learning stage.
