New Zealand born author J M E Bell is a university educated scientist, with an M.Sc. in Biology, J M E Bell's passion for nature and science has played a large part in developing the story lines and characters in this novel. It is her desire that the reader escape into the tale and that it should feel decidedly real to them. J M E Bell personally reads a variety of literature and non-fiction treatises on the topics of science, biology, and society and it is her scientific leanings that have led her to author a novel in the science-fiction action-adventure genre. She currently resides with her husband in Perth, Western Australia.
