Joe Adams has been a fixture on the alternative writing scene since New Morning, an underground paper in the beach cities in 1969. As a programmer and author his works appeared on KPFK (and other stations of the Pacifica Network), through American Radio Theater (syndicated), on stage in Hollywood, Houston and San Francisco, and more recently on the internet on issues of spirituality and 12-Step Recovery. His second novel, CLIMBING THE SPIRAL MOUNTAIN, is due out at the end of 2011.
