Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Humboldt State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from California State University, Fresno. She has written numerous articles on a variety of subjects including different topics concerning children. Kimberly published Atnas: Santa's Sister From the South Pole in 2016.
