B.E. Webster is an author, poet, and most of all, an active member of society. Born and raised in Detroit, MI, she has unfortunately witnessed too many problems in the African American community and lower socio-economic levels. These circumstances around her, have inspired her to start a movement to revitalize Detroit and other cities to their maximum potential, including all inhabitants.
