Lara Bersano Calot
Lara Bersano Calot is a seasoned strategic communications professional with over 20 years of experience in international relations, digital transformation, and public leadership. Currently, she is executive advisor in communications and ESG to the CEO of Klimber, the leading Insurtech in LATAM. In her tenure she advices on strategic international communications and ESG strategies and results. Throughout her career, she worked with diverse organizations, including NGOs, public and private entities, and academia, in Washington DC, Buenos Aires, Caracas, and Miami. She trained more than 1,500 public officials and political leaders in the use of technology in government and transparency as an international professor at George Washington University, and also played a pivotal role in shaping strategic communications at the Trust for the Americas (Organization of American States) and the Inter-American Development Bank. Her mission is to leverage her international skills and expertise to create and deliver impactful narratives that inspire, connect, and drive change. Lara got her Bachelor of Science in Social Communications with emphasis in Public Policy at the University of Buenos Aires, a master’s degree in Corporate Communications at George University in Washington, an International Leadership Credential from Harvard University Kennedy School, and a certificate from the National Defense University on Cybersecurity with emphasis in NGOs systems security in Washington Dc.
