David Birch is a Director of the UK-based consultancy Consult Hyperion. He is the author of a number of books for Mastodon Press and maintains the Lulu store for them. Mastodon Press was created in 2007, initially to publish the Digital Money and Digital Identity series of books for Consult Hyperion. We now publish the Tomorrow’s Transactions series together with a number of one-off titles.
