I am a mother of 2, who was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in 2003, aged 38; a week after my 6 year old son. I found there were no resources or support available so decided to start a help and support group. I quickly realised there were hundreds of people who like myself were blindly struggling to cope. 13 years later and sadly not much has changed regarding available resources but I have learned some invaluable strategies which I intend to share in my next book.
