Cara Milgate began her career over 27 years ago (1986). Cara obtained her California Broker License in 1991. She has extensive experience in all lending areas, underwriting, real estate sales (specifically short sale) experience and knowledge. Business owner for most of her career, she has made the decision to dedicate her skills and knowledge in order to help distressed homeowners discover short and long term solutions to their housing situation. She has worked in the trenches with homeowners, helping them climb out of financially and emotionally depressed situations. She seems to always have a solution/path for the most difficult situations. Her favorite quote and one she lives by: "Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it."
