Lourine Phillips is the Author of Matumani: “ Lourine was born and raised in South Africa and started traveling shortly after graduating. She has fondly worked with toddlers in school settings over the years and developed a love for reading children’s books while deciding to write one of her own. She has dedicated her life to serve the well being of children while nurturing a love for reading and imagination. She has since become a US citizen and lives in Tallahassee, Florida with her husband, son and pet dogs and cats. Her hope is that all humans become more mindful of one another and grow a deeper respect for mother nature and all the beauty which surrounds us.”
