Welcome! I am an 18 year old self-published author. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease about 2 years ago; and, more recently developed a dairy intolerance. At first, I felt very unfortunate to have these restrictions on my diet. However, I have found a passion for creating dishes (which would normally contain gluten) that adhere to a Celiac's dietary needs. The reason that I wrote this cookbook was to share my recipes with those who, like me, live with difficult dietary restrictions. On another note... I am extremely dedicated to promoting positivity.
