Dr. Merida Johns, founder and Director of The MONARCH CENTER FOR WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, shows women how to Break the Glass Ceiling and fulfill their leadership and economic potential. Using the LEADS Model, women learn how to identify and leverage personal strengths, build confidence and professional presence, explore and set career goals, and put leadership values into action that inspire and motivate others. Dr. Johns received her PhD in 1991 from The Ohio State University and has served in several leadership capacities in business, academia, and non-profit organizations. She is a nationally recognized educator, author, consultant and speaker with over three decades of experience in health care informatics and information systems.
