Michael Burkhardt has been studying Chinese language and culture since 1998, and is the father of two Chinese-born adoptive daughters. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and has worked in the field of Information Technology since 1991. In addition to the TPS Frequency Dictionary of Mandarin Chinese, Michael is also the author of the three-volume Eating the Dragon series, which is currently out of print.
