Nathan, aka "Nate" Malone is an American lawyer and a pre-1840s Native American and Mountain Man amateur historian and enthusiast. He builds pre-1840s historical rifles and firearms and generally enjoys spending time in remote parts of nature in the American West as the inspiration for his writings. He enjoys life and travel with his wife of 20 years "T", and his trusty canine companion "Rocky," a small but fierce terrier mut mix adopted from a shelter. He hopes that his writings will inspire all who read to cherish and care for the natural environment, and live harmoniously within it, in order to enjoy the gifts God has bestowed upon his People on earth.
