Norman Fowler is the President of Keys Six Sigma, Incorporated (www.keys6sigma.com). Keys Six Sigma, Inc. is a consulting firm focused on working with clients to develop and deploy customized Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma programs that meet their unique needs. Prior to starting Keys Six Sigma, Mr. Fowler worked 27 years at Xerox Corporation where he held several technology development, strategic planning and managerial assignments. In mid-2003, Norm joined the Xerox’s Corporate Lean Six Sigma staff as Manager of Strategic Initiatives. His initial responsibilities include development and deployment of the DMAIC Green Belt and Design for Lean Six Sigma-Process (DMEDI) programs. For the last several years, Norman has been responsible for developing and deploying the Design for Lean Six Sigma-Product (IDOV) initative.
