OFFCenter Community Arts Project is primarily a free-to-the-public open arts studio, designed to engage everyone in the community to make art, together or side-by-side, free-of charge. Our mission: to promote positive self-identity and resilience through making art in a safe, group setting. Our community arts studio stimulates creativity, social dialogue and enhances the lives of those most marginalized in our community.
