I was born in Falun, Sweden in 1983. To call my childhood and teenage years a bit chaotic would be quite an understatement. Even at an early age I developed several bad habits, among them drinking too much, biting my nails (and fingertips, for that matter), smoking and so on. These never occurred to me as being bad habits while growing up, but during my later years it dawned on me. I had to change my habits, so I set out on a mission to do so.
