Paul Martin is a mechanical engineer who has been involved in design of hospitals, schools, commercial buildings over his career life span. He has held the title of energy manager in various jobs that he has had, along with teaching at SMU a course called energy management for buildings. He is a certified energy manager ( CEM ) with AEE ( Association of Energy Engineers ). He is also a licensed PE, and a LEED AP ( Leadership in energy and environmental design ). He was awarded Energy Engineer of the Year in 2003 in region 4 of AEE.
