Peter is president and CEO of High Performance Leadership, LTD. He teaches organizational behavior at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Peter is also a senior faculty member of Cambridge College's Graduate School of Management where he teaches a wide variety of leadership, operation management and organizational development courses.
