I spent hundreds of hours researching alternative cancer treatments after my wife was diagnosed with small-cell lung cancer in 2008. Small-cell lung cancer is a particularly aggressive cancer, and is known for spreading to the brain. I am convinced that the combination of alternative treatments she underwent extended her life and allowed her a quality of life that would otherwise not have been possible.
