i am a woman, a mother, a poet, a romantic. i am a woman who loves women. i am part gentle and nurturing and part wild and wayward. i believe in god but not religion. i am strong minded, some might say opinionated. i am capable of changing my mind - rarely. i dislike being criticized - not very grown up but, never the less true. i guess i am vain. not in the checking myself out in the mirror type of way. more in the omg phelan! you are practically perfect kind of way. i love to laugh and i have a sense of humour. like the rest of humanity i eat, sleep and breath, i also bleed and weep. i have broken a few hearts and my heart has been broken. i have lived through tragedy and triumph. i strive to be the very best that i can be - well... for some small percentage of my time. the rest of the time i am more than capable of being mean and nasty. i always regret my less admirable behaviour. i try never to be too proud to apologize.
