Phil Steer is the author of "As a Child: God's Call to Littleness", written following many years as an occasional preacher at his local church. Since publication, chapters from "As a Child" have appeared in "Quiet Spaces", the prayer and spirituality journal published by BRF. Phil Steer trained as a software developer, and works in the London insurance market. He is married with three children and lives in Romford, on the London/Essex border.
