Hi my name is Alison I am 49 years old and have been overweight all my life. Like many overweight people, I have tried every diet known to man...some good, some downright insane. After struggling all my life I finally managed to lose 15 1/2 stone but after an illness I managed to regain all but 2lbs of the 15 1/2 stone back. Once I was fit and well again, just massively overweight it was time to start the journey again.
