Karl has been a writer since he was tiny. Since he was the size of a tiny little bean. He writes children's stories, adult stories, surreal stories, but all of them are really, really funny... or so he has been told. He has written a number of books as both Karl and under a pseudonym. In 2013 Karl's daughter, Lila (six years old at the time), came up with the story and artwork for Princess Lila and Cave, a children's book that features a farting hamster. The profits from the sales of this book all go to the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund For Children.
