Recreational Judo of Oklahoma is the home of Freestyle Judo in the state. We teach traditional judo and play by the AAU Freestyle Judo rule set. Our motto is "Get fit, have fun, make friends, and win the fight." We also provide educational materials for recreational judoka that can be used by practitioners at English-speaking clubs the world over. The club is led by Gregory West, Nidan. Greg is affiliated with the Amateur Athletic Union and a certified coach with the United States Judo Association. He is also a member of the American Traditional Jujutsu Association.
