Richard Icaré was born in Yaoundé Cameroon. He lived and grew up in Cameroon until the Age of 19. He then lived in Paris and Nice, which brought him on the path of starting to learn to be a chef. He then joined the French Culinary Academy in Nice and the rest is history. He had a successful career as a Chef, but since has changed the path of his career.
