Golda Rigaud has been a certified early-educator for over nine years. She uses innovative methods that lend long-lasting results with children. Inspired by Alfie Kohn's work on rewards and punishments, Golda created a working model of the economy in her pre-k classroom and noticed that it tacked more than just daily math. It also tackled classroom management. This finance method became a tool to redirect defiant behavior and diminish its appearance through every day self-monitoring.
