Hi my name is Richard Wygand, I am a Dad of 2 unique kids. Each one of them is unique in their own way. My boy Luke has special needs, a rare genetic condition called nemaline myopathy. My girl Amber it is highly energetic girl. As of me, the Dad on a mission, I am a musician and write and prior to that I was a professional triathlete focus in ironman distance. I became an athlete in order understand myself and heal depression, and that is how I became a musician and writer, and here we are!
