Wanda has enjoyed creative writing and photography for decades. She was a member of a writing group which evolved into the authors who created "Sharing Moments Over Tea: The Journeys of Four Women." Wanda was privileged to write her grandmother's biography: "One Birthday After Another: The Life and Times of Mable Cooke Pursell Willett. Mable Willett lived to be 108! Her most recent book (July, 2018) feature Wanda's father, Oiva "Pete" Wakkinen, and is titled "Following the Western Waters: The Life and Times of O.O. "Pete" Wakkinen.. Wanda and her husband, Bill Lockhart, are now retired and living in their motor home. Bill has a number of books on Lulu -- with a focus on Historical Archeology and a specialty in glass bottles.
