Sajiwan Naicker is a Fijian-Indian poet currently residing in the United States. He attends Princeton University as a prospective Philosophy major. Naicker's poems reflect the world around him, from very personal scenarios to inspirations derived from music and movies. However, regardless of the source of inspiration, one thing remains unchanged - his poetry is always an homage to those before him, from whom he learned poetry - honoring his familial and educational ancestors by shining a new light on every scenario he brings to paper.
