A British Citizen, Bill grew up and was educated in Scotland, where he graduated with an Honours Degree from Glasgow Caledonian University. Bill currently lives and works in Dubai holding a Senior Management Position with Topaz Energy & Marine, a Global Offshore Support Vessel Company.
