Jane Stout, originally from Eufaula, Alabama, is now a summer resident at her farm in Illinois and a winter resident in North Carolina. Her lifetime interest in education led her to finish a number of degrees and to teach many, many classes to other eager learners. She spent over 30 years teaching math, Illinois history, World History, and other subjects. She studied Sociology at Montevallo College and received master’s degrees in History and Psychology from the University of Illinois.
