I am a young author. I am aware that my book does not have quite the appeal to it as others because it is not like a traditional book but that is the main reason I chose to write it. I wanted to write a book that is completely mine without someone always trying to correct my spelling, language, grammar, or story line. I wanted to right a book about my life and the events so far that have made me the person I am today because they are significant but also the way I write gives a unique perspective to the reader and that was the goal I was reaching at. I am a dyslexic writer and I love writing but I know I can not spell and I have terrible grammar. I have since I was a young child and I have worked through and against it all my life. This book is an opportunity to give the reader a chance to see how I see life because there are no corrections in the book. The reader gets to walk in my shoes while they read my story and experience my pain and happiness. I also chose to do my own cover because the book has a lot about my family so I incorporated my siblings eyes surrounding my eyes in the middle to really give the cover a new look.
