The author, Titus Oniyilo, is currently the Managing Consultant of Best PayMonitor Consulting, an enterprise of knowledge engineers and management consultants. He has worked as a Chief Executive Officer and Head of Bursary Computer Unit of the premier University of Ibadan in Nigeria, managing the network and system environments based on UNIX and Windows platforms and leading the Payroll team successfully for over two decades. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) combined with a one year graduate study in computer science (Pgd Diploma). He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), and a registered student of both The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is happily married with children.
