Dale Lockhart is a passionate writer, adventure-seeker, and athlete. She is currently training to represent team Canada at the 2016 ITU World Triathlon Series in Cozumel, Mexico. Dale has a BSc. in Nursing and is currently employed as a Registered Nurse. Dale devotes her life to healthy eating, education, and self-development. She has written this book to inspire others to do the same.
