Author Mia Thomas is a native of Jesup, Georgia and has a Bachelor degree in Sociology from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM and A.A.S degree in Criminal Justice from Mclennan Community College in Waco, Texas. She is the mother of three wonderful children, Mara, Tyrell, and Vincent, Jr. Thomas and the grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren, Masen A. Waggoner and Jadience T. Thomas. She is a aspiring entrepreneur, with over 30 years experience working in social services, mental health, criminal justice with the passion and heart to serve others. She has 10 years experience in operating her own nonprofit business called Road to Damascus, Inc, and Mia Thomas Bailbonds. To include her expertise and experience in PR and Marketing.
