Prior to becoming a Financial Planner focused on building comprehensive financial strategies for closely-held organizations and individuals, Tinja served as a strategic sales and communications consultant. She has over a decade of executive level coaching experience, specializing in experience-based training and persuasive presentation. Tinja has been an integral part of developing proposals to affect change to meet and exceed global market demands. Tinja was awarded “Rookie of Year” for MassMutal Greater Houston in 2019, the NAIFA “Rising Star” in 2020, and “Jr. Agent of the Year” for MassMutual Greater Houston in 2021. She also serves as the Programs Chair for the Women’s Finance Exchange Houston, and supports other organizations like Beyond Celiac, the Food Bank, and Say Yes to Youth. In addition, she reigns at Ms. Texas International until March 2023. Tinja is a Collegiate All-American in Sailing (2006) and continues to live an active lifestyle. She enjoys running, swimming, cycling, and sailing. She will also be publishing a cookbook in 2022.
