Born in Czechoslovakia, Tomas was exiled from his homeland by the communist government in 1983, and after residing briefly in Vienna he immigrated to the United States, settling in California. Colorfully describing it, he collected his journey into a trilogy called EXILED, first published in 2005. Next was SCI-FI thriller WITH ATLANTIS IN SIGHT set in the apocalyptic year 2012. This was followed up by the suspenseful WEEKEND TO FORGET, then MISHA, an adventure set in a vibrantly described Alaskan wilderness. His latest is a romantic novel entitled HEART IN THE SAND. His latest is collection of shorts stories named, STORIES FROM THE TOP OF MY HEAD.
