Dr. M. Coskun Cangoz worked at Turkish Treasury in different positions on the areas of economic research, debt management and contingent liabilities. During 2005-2012, he served as the Director General for Public Finance and restructured public debt management organization. Currently he is the Chief Economic Counselor at the Turkish Embassy in London. Dr. Cangoz is an Ankara University graduate and his major is Public Finance. He holds an MA in Economics, from Ankara University and an MBA in General Management from University of Exeter, UK. He has PhD degree in Sociology given by Middle East Technical University. Dr. Emre Balibek is the Deputy General Director of Public Finance at the Turkish Treasury.He actively involved in the development of a risk management framework. He received his Industrial Engineering degree from Bogazici University and holds MSc. and PhD. Degrees in Operations Research from the University of Warwick and the Middle East Technical University respectively.
