Verso de Medianoche is the pseudonym of Lana Elvira Zora, born in January 1995. Having lived in Indonesia for 22 years, she eventually found her home in Barcelona. She is an autodidactic writer who began her journey by writing poetry. Her first poem is an experiment in expressing a personal experience that has now become her voice. As expressed by the author, “I fell in love with poetry, and I believe it is the only form of art that can tell my story and become a part of my voice.” The decision to adopt her current pseudonym was carefully considered. Despite being recognized as a poet, she has also written and self-published many stories across different genres. However, not all of her stories are suitable for every reader. For this reason, she adopted Verso de Medianoche as her pen name. As stated by the author, “Some stories are better told at midnight.”
