I've worked with large and small teams, teams spread across the world, small businesses, quoted companies and large global banks to manage change, turn them around, restructure and introduce new products, services and brands. I've trained clients in job evaluation, trade finance, operational process analysis, money management and time management. My clients include chief executives, finance directors, customer service managers, operations managers, business owners, local regulators, the press and end users.
